
The Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth presents the
Miró Quartet
Please join us this fall as the renowned Miró Quartet of Austin comes to Fort Worth to present all 16 of the Beethoven string quartets. The event will be November 7-13, 2022, at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth

Monday, November 7: Op. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 "Lobkowicz"
Tuesday, November 8: Master Class and Deep Dive Session (see details below)
Wednesday, November 9: Op. 59 "Razumovsky" Nos. 1, 2, 3
Thursday, November 10: Op. 74 "Harp"; Op. 95 "Serioso", Op. 27
Friday, November 11: Op. 132; Op 130 with Grosse Fugue; Op. 133
Sunday, November 13*: Op 131; Op. 135; Op. 130 Finale

All concerts will start with a pre-concert talk by Bill McGlaughlin, host of the radio show, Exploring Music, who will discuss the works being performed. These talks will begin at 6:00pm followed by all evening performances at 7:00pm.
*Sundays performance will start with the pre-concert talk at 1:00pm followed by the 2:00pm performance.

3:00 to 5:00pm: Deep Dive session will be led by Bill McGlaughlin and CMSFW Artistic Director, Gary Levinson (Deep Dive includes detailed musical analysis and highlights to listen to along with live music examples)
